Rentals are from Friday to Friday
* Add $75 for Easter week. Add $30 for apartments with whirlpools. Nightly rentals available 7 to 10 days prior to check-in with a 2 night minimum and a 3 night minimum during holiday weeks.
Rates do not include sales tax and do include a $20 processing fee. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Our Policies

  1. Occupancy limit is 4 in a one bedroom and 6 in a two bedroom, which includes babies and children and is strictly enforced.
  2. All parties must be over the age of 23 unless accompanied by a parent.
    Valid driver's license required from all parties.
  3. Pets are not allowed.
  4. One parking space per apartment without resort manager's authorizations.
  5. Check-in and check-out times must be observed.
  6. Weekly maid service provided before and after each guest's stay.
  7. Guests will be responsible for any damages.
